The First China Investment and Trust Co., Ltd. is a licensed trust company in the Kingdom of Cambodia, formed to do one thing well: to act as trustee — holding and administering assets on behalf of the clients we serve, with the care that role demands.

Independent and unhurried, the firm keeps its mandate narrow and its obligations clear, so that each relationship rests on substance rather than presentation.

Its place in Cambodia is a deliberate one — established in 2019, at a formative moment for the country's trust framework, drawing on experience from established financial markets while keeping a presence on the ground, so that cross-border clients are served with both local standing and an international standard of conduct.

Above all, this is work measured in years rather than quarters. Built for the long term, the firm would rather earn confidence slowly and keep it than grow quickly and explain itself later.

Four principles that do not bend.

Client assets are never commingled with the firm's own; they are held separately, for the benefit of the clients we serve.

Conservatism over reach

We favour capital preservation over complexity. If an arrangement cannot be explained plainly, we do not take it on.

Transparent with clients

Clients receive clear information about what is held on their behalf. We would rather be plain than impressive.

Accountable to oversight

We operate within a supervised, regulated framework, and take our responsibilities to that oversight seriously.
